Mark your calendars, the SaddleBrooke Plant Based Whole Food Nutrition Group is having a Potluck Dinner on Wednesday November 14 at the HOA#1 Tennis Pavilion.

SB Plant Based Potluck

Event Highlights:

Approximately 40 people joined us for our third plant based potluck dinner at the HOA1 Tennis Pavilion. It was a little chilly but the atmosphere was warm. Fun was had by all and the food was again very good. A few people shared their testimonies and success stories of a plant based whole food lifestyle.

Artichoke Hummus With Fresh Basil	The artichoke in this hummus recipe gives the dense chickpeas a nice light body. Easy to make and delicious!	Dips & Spreads
Vegan Pepper Jack Cheese	Block-style Vegan Pepper Jack Cheese that will simply blow you away and have you coming back for more! It slices, shreds, and melts! SO good, it truly tastes better than dairy cheese! And it only takes a few minutes to make!	Appetizers
Southwestern Enchilada Casserole	This hearty casserole is easier to make than enchiladas since you don’t need to roll tortillas or make a separate sauce. Corn tortillas are added in with the beans and vegetables to thicken.	Casseroles
Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs	It has multiple grains and tastes wonderful! It’s best for picnics, potlucks or anywhere you don’t need to have hot food served immediately. It travels well, holds well and doesn’t spoil.	Salads
