Saddlebrooke Plant Based Potluck - 03-10-2025

Event Highlights:

The March 10 potluck was attended by 20 folks who, as usual, enjoyed delicious 100% plant-based dishes prepared by the attendees. All recipes provided are loaded onto the website!

Dr. John Ahlen spoke about several topics that can be found in Dr. Michael Greger’s book “How Not to Age”. Topics included smoothies, broccoli and mushrooms. For more information, the handouts are provided at the website. Dr. John also spoke of a delicious mushroom seitan roast that he had learned to make from some friends. The recipe for this is also provided.
