Saddlebrooke Plant Based Potluck - February 17
Event Highlights:
On February 17, 39 Saddlebrooke Residents attended our potluck which featured amazing and delicious dished prepared by the attendees.
Annette AuBuchon gave a book report on the book "Eat to Beat Disease" by Dr. William Li who is an MD and a food research scientist.
She touched on Dr. Li's 5 areas of focus: angiogenesis, regeneration, microbiome, DNA defenses and the immune system.
